Identity-theft victims will interact with one specialist who knows the details of the case and who manages the case from beginning to end.

A Fraud Specialist works with all creditors, collection agencies, law enforcement, and credit reporting agencies. The Fraud Specialist also works with the victim when necessary, to place fraud alerts and credit freezes with the three credit bureaus.
